Mr. Feldman is an investor/managing partner in various companies related to Real Estate acquisition and development specializing in infrastructure, residential and commercial, Construction Management and General Contracting, Personnel Agencies, Training Centers, Consulting and Trading Companies.

As a real estate developer, Mr. Feldman has over 30 years proven track record in commercial and residential development, construction management and general contracting worldwide including projects in Russia, Ukraine, Europe, Panama, Ecuador, and throughout the USA. Mr. Feldman’s current projects include residential, commercial and several infrastructure projects. Over the years Mr. Feldman has successfully completed over 100 different projects.

In the area of technology and communications, Mr. Feldman is not only an investor but also a founder and active Board Member of IVS, LLC, Selfmade TV, LLC, ISCON, Corp. Mr. Feldman also serves on the advisory board of ISSI, Corp.
